This delivery/returns policy forms part of the carnal-online.co.uk terms and conditions, by accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. QUALITY CONTROL
1.1 Carnal Limited is extremely proud of the lingerie we supply as we have selected, in our opinion some of the finest brands available.
Every single item is meticulously checked by the manufacturer and again by ourselves and all garments must pass both our stringent quality checks before it is despatched to you, the customer.
Through every step of the manufacturing process we work closely with our suppliers and designers to maintain excellence in quality and customer satisfaction.
2. DELIVERY CHARGES
2.1 A delivery charge will be added at the checkout point and will be charged at the rate of:
(a) United Kingdom : £3.95 for orders under £100
(i) Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100
(b) Europe : £4.95
(c) Rest of World £9.95
2.2 Depending upon your country of origin, you may be requested to pay additional taxes or import duty on your purchases. It is your responsibility to pay all outstanding duties applied by the authorities in your country of origin.
3. DELIVERY ADDRESS
3.1 It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges may be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address at the discretion of Carnal Limited. In the unlikely event of any difficulty arising we will contact you immediately via
E-mail for instructions.
3.2 Due to the requirement of a signature on delivery Carnal-online.co.uk will not ship to a P.O Box number. If an order is made and this delivery method is requested you will be contacted to provide another, more appropriate delivery address. If the required information is not forthcoming we will cancel your order and return your payment.
We will ship to an alternative address if you so wish, please indicate the delivery address at the payment point or via e-mail if different from that shown on your registration details.
3.3 Orders received from outside the United Kingdom will only be shipped to the cardholders address for traceability purposes.
4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
4.1 We endeavour to ship all orders within 10 working days from receipt of your order. At busy periods such as Christmas and Valentines Day there may be a delay caused by high demand. At such periods please allow 15 working days for delivery. We recommend that you place your orders well in advance of these particular times to avoid disappointment.
We will contact you on a regular basis to inform you of your order progress.
4.2 Garment(s) that are made to order/measure, which includes both the Diki and Axfords ranges, please allow 10-15 working days for delivery (We will contact you for details on delivery dates for these ranges as it can often be shorter in less busy periods).
For be Confidential, Annie S and Angels Carrying Savage Weapons allow up to 4 weeks depending on availability/made to measure/bespoke (You will be contacted and informed of delivery schedule)
5. PRESENTATION/DISCRETION
5.1 All items will be sent gift boxed in a quality reusable container with the complements of Carnal Limited; also all purchases will be packaged to the high standard expected of quality lingerie. All items will be discreetly wrapped with no indication on the package as to its contents and no suggestion as to its origin.
6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
6.1 Items may be purchased from carnal-online and the items held by us until such time as you wish us to send them to you. This service is used often where an item is ordered early to meet delivery times but has been manufactured faster than expected and a customer wishes to preserve discretion and secrecy.
Please state at the time of ordering if you wish to use this service for which there is no extra charge.
7. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
7.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by email to sales@carnal-online.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 7.2 below
7.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
7.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
7.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 7.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) In the event that the product has been used:
(i) New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags/labels and the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition, in its original packaging and with a completed returns form.
(ii) Carnal Limited will NOT accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags/labels removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags/labels as the removal of tags/labels will be considered acceptance of the goods.
(b) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you:
(i) Lingerie / Jewellery that is made to order / measure cannot be returned unless faulty. (This applies to Velda Lauder, DIKI, Axfords, Diki, Annie S, be Confidential, Angels Carrying Savage Weapons and any ‘custom made' jewellery ranges)
(ii) In the unlikely event that your lingerie / jewellery is faulty, we will return the item to the manufacturer for repair and reimburse you for your return costs.
(iii) Any item that is made to order / measure cannot be returned for a refund, there are no exceptions.
(iv) It is your responsibility to ensure correct measurements are supplied where requested on this website. Carnal Limited takes no responsibility for any garment / jewellery ordered that does not fit due to incorrect measurements supplied by you. We may accept a return for modification to ensure a better fit but only if the size now required is smaller than that originally ordered. (This does not apply to jewellery)
A charge of 15% of the original purchase cost at the time of your order may be requested if this service is required; you will be contacted after consultation with the manufacturer to establish if the modification is feasible and/or if a charge is applicable. This charge depends upon complexity of alteration required and is at the discretion of Carnal Limited.
(c) For items of an intimate nature:
Goods of an intimate nature cannot be returned under Health & Safety legislation. This includes Thongs of both the Open or Closed styles, Panties, Briefs or Shorts.
(d) Items returned after 7 working days:
Goods will not be accepted after the 7 working day period previously stated. Carnal Limited despatches hundreds of items per week and keeps a record of all despatch/delivery dates. Delivery date is defined as the date on which the item arrived at your requested delivery address; if you are away at the time of delivery and the postal service retains the parcel for your collection, the 7 working days commences from the first day of attempted delivery.
(e) Hosiery items cannot be returned unless the packaging is intact and unopened. This applies to all Tights, Stockings and Thigh Highs etc.
7.5 All returned goods must be sent via recorded delivery or similar method where a signature is required by Carnal Limited or one of its employees. Carnal Limited is unable to credit you for packages we do not receive and therefore strongly advise you to retain your proof of postage.
The provisions of this clause 7.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
